Marie-Laure PreynatMarie-Laure Preynat was born in the city of Lyon, the food capital of France. She has been passionate about food since childhood, leaving school at the age of 15 in order to take up an apprenticeship in a top restaurant and attend catering school. During these years she worked for several restaurants owned by a disciple of legendary chef Paul Bocuse.
