Marcus and Julia Wedding’s on Friday 12th of June

At the West Reservoir

Friday 12th of June 2015, Marcus and Julia got married and to celebrate this, they chose the wonderful venue West Reservoir.
Bride, Groom, Parents and guests were happy by the amazing location of the West Reservoir. The decoration was beautiful, made mostly of yellow and purple. On the table was positioned flowers and various assortments of delicious chocolates for the guests.In the center of each plate were placed small cute thank you cards for each guest.

The guest arrived at 16:00pm, they were welcomed with Sparkling wine, soft Drinks, Carved Ham and an assortments of Vegetarian Nibbles. After the Reception drink, the guests will seat any where they wants.In the same time musician began to play background music and the mom of the Bride did the first speech. At the end of her speech the buffet opened. It was presented to the guests Lamb tagine, Roast Salmon accompanied by Medley of Mediterranean vegetables and a Moroccan 5 spice couscous. For the vegetarian guest there was Spinach and ricotta lasagna.

At the closure of the buffet it was served sparkling wine to every guests to accompanied the different speeches of the close friend of bride and groom and the speeches of the Bride and Groom.
After this strong moment of emotion was served the dessert which was Meringue served on cake stand with
Bowl of Strawberry, Bowl of Chantilly, And Red Fruit Coulis jugs.

The evening continued with the arrival of a photobooth, and a Mojito Time
Following this, the bar opened and the party started. The beautiful wedding cake was cut and served to the guest.
The Woman DJ was amazing with her light trainers, she ignited on the dance floor until the end of the evening.

Carved Ham and Vegetarian Nibbles

Main Course

Hot and Cold buffet Menu:

Lamb tagine with apricots, pine nuts and turnip
Slow Roast Salmon filet in tomato and basil salsa

Vegetarian Option:
Spinach and ricotta lasagna served with shallots and white wine sauce

Sides:

Medley of Mediterranean vegetables, courgette, peppers, aubergine, red onions
Moroccan 5 spice couscous with chick peas and sultana

Dessert

Meringue served on cake stand with
Bowl of Strawberry
Bowl of Chantilly
And Red Fruit Coulis jugs
