Sunday 12th of April 2015, Beverley organised a birthday party at her home. It was such luck to have an amazing weather, more than twenty degrees with a sun which was completely shining.
First of all, guests were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, soft drinks, or white and red wine. Three kind of canapés were served during the aperitif; one verrine containing crab, avocado salsa, lime and chili, some Cumberland skewer sausages with a roasted mustard and honey, and mini quiches composed of Mediterranean vegetables.
Beverley’s home is in Wimbledon, and the party took place mainly in Beverley’s garden thanks to such wonderful weather.
The Bowl Food menu was provided after the aperitif; one of the most stunning, and yummy menu of Easy Gourmet. The first one contained watercress and watermelon tossed in a raspberry dressing with a crispy duck. the two others ones were served for the main course, a risotto primavera with asparagus, zucchini and green beans with shaved parmesan and a slow cooked lamb in cote du Rhone wine with small vegetables served with cauliflower mash.
After that, tea and coffee was served. Beverley had her own birthday cake; it was a tower of cupcakes, so lovely and a wonderful presentation perfectly prepared.
To finish, a cheese buffet with cheese biscuits was prepared.
Thus all of the guests enjoyed this wonderful day at such a beautiful place of London, Wimbledon and it was a pleasure for the Easy Gourmet team to work and provide their food for such a beautiful event.
