Grilled Nectarine glazed in balsamic vinegar, baby mozzarella and mix leaves in citrus dressing

Salmon Nicoise, cured salmon, quail eggs, green beans, potatoes, black olives

Grilled halloumi, spicy ratatouille with mint couscous

Quinoa Salad With peas, broad beans, feta cheese or tofu mixed peppers, chillies, pea shoots and pickled red onions

Sautéed king prawns and rice noodle salad

Beef Carpaccio and rocket salad with balsamic dressing and Parmesan

Salmon Tartare with Avocado, onions, baby gem, red  amaranth, seed mustard dressing

Courgettes and Parmesan Salad with Peppery Rucola and Pumpkins Seeds

Parma ham, Rockets, butternut, pumpkin seeds French dressing

Seared scallops, with chorizo, apples and mashed potatoes

Red Snapper, sweet and not so sweet potatoes mash with tomato salsa

Catalan Cod & Cannelini Bean Stew

Cumberland Sausage, red wine and onions gravy on spring onions mash potatoes

Confit of Duck, with Orange and brandy sauce, peas shoot, polenta

Crispy pork belly, braised cabbage, small diced carrots with cherry sauce

Slow cook lamb in cotes du Rhone wine with small vegetable served with cauliflower mash

Chicken breast in wild and bottom mushrooms and truffle oil sauce served with Pilaf rice

Beef bourguignon with bacon in deep red wine sauce served with mash potatoes

Rare Tuna with, spicy ratatouille, Almond couscous and tzatzaki

Risotto Primavera with asparagus, zucchini and green beans with shaved parmesan

Moroccan vegetable stew with minted couscous served with tagine sauce

Wild and not so wild Mushroom Stroganoff with parmentier potatoes

Puntalette pasta tossed in a tomato reduction with baby artichokes, black olives and basil

Hire of the bowls & forks for the bowl meals is included in the price – Bowls weights is 180-220g
