Spanish Serrano Prosciutto Ham on the bone, served with a selection of homemade Focaccia bread

Vegetarian Nibbles
Selection of Homemade Dips (Houmous, Tzatziki, Spicy Tomato), Grilled Pitta Bread, Mixed Olives, Feta Cheese marinated in olive oil and herbs

Slow cook lamb shoulder Turkish Style, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, paprika, fennel
Summer vegetables tower, roasted Portobello, grilled aubergine, courgette, peppers, mozzarella and fresh pesto with spicy Provencal sauce (Vegetarian)

Sides
Crushed baby potatoes skin in butter sea salt and mint
Roasted peach, rosemary goat cheese, mint and rocket leaves served balsamic syrup drizzle dressing also with Pine Nuts
Puy Lentil, quinoa, pomegranate, dried cranberry, coriander salad with lemon zest dressing
