"wedding" "the roost" "vintage" "venue" "easy gourmet catering" "mr and mrs"Tommy & Emma really were how a couple should be when it comes to getting married. They both decided on things together and had equal input on the things they wanted and how they expected their big day to be. Emma was certainly not a bridezilla! They are such a lovely couple and we are so happy to have helped them and been part of a day they will never forget!

Starter

Pie and Mint soup

Melted Camembert with herbs on croustini on a bed of Beetroot and carrot, cumin, cranberry and flat parsley salad

Beetroot Salmon Gravalax served with Asparagus and Artichoke Salad

Main

Lamb shank cooked in Cotes du Rhone and garlic jus with potatoes puree and roots vegetables

Slow roast cooked pork belly in cider and jus syrup celeriac puree, fine apple, chips and Roots vegetables

Slow roast pork Loin, garlic and rosemary infused served with gratin dauphinois and roots vegetables

Vegetarian – Potatoes rosti, with grilled roots vegetables , buffalo mozzarella and pesto with tagine sauce

Dessert

Table serving assorted cakes on vintage stand Served with Tia Maria cream and red fruit coulis.
