Rosalind Miller Cakes is a bespoke wedding and celebration cake company based in London. Rosalind was taught how to bake by her mother Peggy, she created the renowned cupcake company, Peggy’s Cupcakes, in 1995.
Applying her skills from her years as a graphic design lecturer at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, Rosalind has developed her unique style, creating beautiful, bespoke contemporary wedding cakes that have graced the pages of many a cake design magazine. You may have seen Rosalind’s creations on Wedding TV, in Brides Magazine, Perfect Wedding, Wedding Ideas and Wedding Cakes. They have also featured in the Sunday Times Style Magazine, in Elle Japan and in Mexican Brides Magazine.
Each wedding cake is an edible work of art unique for your wedding. In consultation with you, Rosalind will personally design your perfect wedding cake. She is continually exploring and creating new techniques and styles for her wedding cakes, so you can be sure your cake will be unique and memorable.
Rosalind Miller Cakes won the “Best Wedding Cake Designer” Regional (London and South East) award in the 2012 Wedding Industry Awards. The company were regional winners out of more than 20 cake designers in the London And South East (the biggest UK region entered) for the awards.
Winning was down to the support and feedback received from wedding couples for whom Rosalind provided wedding cakes over the previous year.
All Roaslind’s wedding cakes, celebration cakes and wedding cupcakes are traditionally home baked using specially created mouthwatering recipes, and use organic and fair trade ingredients wherever possible.
