Combining traditional techniques and exotic flavours with an eye for elegant, intriguing presentation has earned the brand an incredible reputation within the culinary industry. Off the back of their win, the gourmet gurus are branching out by making it possible for foodies everywhere the chance to sample their delectable canapes, whether they’re at their office desk or attending a prominent event.

Re-imaging ordinary ideas, the team behind the stunning Easy Gourmet dishes are culinary ateliers, taking customers on a gastronomic journey with an infusion of flavours from near and far. This signature flair for culinary creativity led the Easy Gourmet team to victory at the Square Meal Canape Cup 2017, one of the highest accolades within the hospitality industry.

Battling it out with 13 of London’s best caterers and restaurants, Easy Gourmet wowed the specially invited judges from the industry and hardened food critics with their delectable canape – Wildwood Festival. Using home grown, gluten-free ingredients saw Easy Gourmet setting the bar high and ultimately led to the much coveted canapé crown.

The winning creation saw melt-in-the-mouth organic beef fillet filled with a troop of wild mushrooms, crispy fried shallots, English butternut ring, truffle and balsamic caviar, all stacked atop a gluten free parmesan shortbread and paired with a dollhouse pint of Surrey gluten free pale ale.

At Wilton’s Music Hall

Saturday 23rd of May Christina and Rory got married and celebrate their wedding at the beautiful old theatre named Wilton’s Music Hall.

The decoration was very original with pineapples in each table like and ornament and the number of the table was written in a drawing of pineapple too. This contributed to have the atmosphere of de hall was very friendly, comfortable and nice, where all the guests enjoyed together with the newlyweds.

You and your staff really produce a magnificent supper for our party last week. The compliment has been flowing in the whole event and your delicious food was very much appreciated by everybody. They enjoyed the flavours and variety and certainly did not go hungry!

We manage to keep pretty well to time as programmed, making a well balanced and memorable evening for the guests.

I would recommend Marie-laure and her team at Easy Gourmet any day. We held our wedding party at the Tab Venue in Shoreditch. Given that Easy Gourmet are the only caterers attached to the venue, I must admit I was a little worried that the catering was just going to be OK. My fears were allayed when I first met Marie laure at the venue, as she talked sbout the foods that could be served with such passion! Everything from the iberico carved ham, to the fanciful mini vintage desserts selected was delicious – and plentiful! Marie laure has lots of food ideas that can meet a ramge of budgets and themes. i also really appreciated that she will tell you honestly what the tastiest dishes are/ what are best done for a buffet v a sit down meal and so on…

I also want to highllight that the team are more like event planners than caterers: Because of their wealth of experience and connections, they can help you realise the intended theme for your party- even if you’re not a creative person! The team advised on the band and lighting and sound company I should book, as well as finding a replacement dj on the day of our party after our dj cancelled.. You just wouldn’t get that kind of ‘let me sort this out for you’ service at a big corporate style venue. As you can tell, we had a great time and a lot of it is thanks to Easy Gourmet!

Everything from the canapes to the cheese buffet at the end of the night was both delicious and looked fantastic. Marie Laure went beyond the call of duty numerous times during the planning process, and could sort out any idea I had, from giant pork pies to hiring coloured glassware. She put me in in contact with a bride who had married in the same venue and had some decorations to sell that I had been hunting for. Nothing was too much trouble. She took care of everything and worked incredibly hard to ensure we were happy. Her team of staff on the night was perfectly professional and charming. All in all it was a really glorious day, we had a ball and so did all our guests, who loved the food. Thank you Easy Gourmet!
