Emma and Tommy got married on Saturday 14th April 2012.

Canapes
Carving Cebo Iberian Ham served with home made bread
Mini Scone with olives and Provencal herbs filled with homemade cured Salmon
Mini Scone with olives and Provencal herbs filled with cheese
Starter
Pea and Mint soup served on bowl food
Main Course 
Lamb shank cooked in Cotes du Rhone and garlic jus with baby roast potatoes in thyme’s and olives oil   and Roots vegetables  
Potatoes rosti, with grilled roots vegetables , buffalo mozzarella and pesto with tagine sauce
Desserts
Beetroot and chocolate brownies
Sweet corn cakes
Polenta and orange cake
Courgette and walnuts cakes
Almond and raspberry heart shape cake
Served with Tia Maria cream and red fruit coulis
Evening Buffet
Assorted Continental Cheese buffet, crackers, celery and grapes
