We are Running again this year….We are very proud to keep raising money towards helping beat Cancer and to be part of such an inspiring event! Easy Gourmet team have run a race for life the last 4 years and we will continue to run every year….
The Race is taking place this Sunday 14th July at Hype Park.
We have decided to have a little office fun and added a challenge between the girls taking place to see who is voted to come 1st, 2nd and 3rd

Biography Fitness: Very active, Linda Goes gym around 5 times a week. Her workout is based more on cardio (group exercises and machine). She has not run for almost three weeks due to knee problem. Last year she did 5k at Crystal Palace in 34 minutes.
She feels very confident that this year she will do much better!

Biography Fitness: Marie-Laure has not run since last year’s race!!!… But has managed to go for a couple of swims this year and few bike rides to work…

Biography Fitness: Flavia has been very lazy all her life.. She is just lucky to be blessed with a fit body shape. Although every Monday she promises she will start the Gym.. This hasnt happend as of yet!
She believes she has a good chance of winning but is unsure as she is suffering with a neckache. Hopefully will be better on the day…
