Food Management

Meals are prepared from scratch, with ingredients ordered based on confirmed bookings and surplus food used to feed our team or repurposed as stock.

Food Waste Solutions

Food waste is managed through sustainable processing methods and transformed into biogas and nutrient-rich fertiliser.

Recycling Policy

Our comprehensive sorting and recycling program reduces the volume of waste sent to landfill.

Energy Improvements

Investments include upgrading to an energy-efficient gas boiler, rewiring our unit with a zoned system, and switching to LED lighting.

Sustainable Oil Collection

Waste cooking oil is collected and repurposed to power farm machinery, with by-products transformed into high-quality fertiliser.

Buying Local

Most of our suppliers are within 10 miles of our production kitchen, and we are constantly looking for nearby businesses to support.
