Hot Fork Buffet

With mouth-watering mains and a wide variety of sides and salads to pick from, our hot buffets are an easy and crowd-pleasing option for your guests.

Sharing Menu

Stir up a discussion with our sharing platters, served straight to the table. We can carve the meat in advance, or leave it on the bone if you’d prefer your guests to carve and serve themselves as a fun conversation starter.

Sliced prosciutto ham, salami Milano or home made beetroot gravlax or grilled artichoke and asparagus
Burratina drizzled with fig syrup balsamic, oven dried yellow & red sweet tomatoes with lemon thyme & home made fresh pesto & sea salt

Eastenders Platter
Pork Scotch eggs, ham hock terrine, piccalilli sauce, pickled onions, red onion chutney, pickled carrots and daikon, gherkins, golden beetroot slaw & Montgomery’s mature cheddar.

Lebanese Platter

Lebanese chicken 7 spice, red onion, garlic, coriander, lemon slices, toasted almonds and pine nuts served with cucumber & za’atar labneh dip
6-hour slow-roasted pork shoulder served with apple sauce, trimming and jus
Slow-cooked shin of beef cooked with potatoes and carrots in a deep red wine sauce
