To keep the costs down for your conference our chefs create weekly menus, which are chefs’ selection menus. The menus are perfectly-portioned, fresh, seasonal and diverse for all tastes.
As we all have learned to understand, delegates get bored of your typical full ‘sandwich lunch’; our menus are changed daily if you have multiple-day conferences and they will get great feedback from your audience.
Our buffets are set up with your choice of black or white linen (other colours available). Food is served on biodegradable disposables with the option to upgrade to china if required.

Poke Bowl

Swap your working lunch at no extra cost. Ideal for grab-n-go.
Our new poke bowl menu promotes healthy eating in the workplace. We have also introduced this menu as part of our net-zero sustainability 2024 plan, as this menu uses less equipment to produce/store and display.
The menu reduces our carbon footprint through seasonal produce right through to our methods for production.
