Michael and Esther 16Michael & Esther got married on Saturday 18th February 2013. Their wedding reception was held at The Old Finsbury Town Hall.

Salad:

Mix seasonal leaves with Italian dressing and fresh herbs

 Roasted squash, parmesan, roasted pine nut, cavolo nereo, with garlic, lemon zest and parsley dressing (softer butternuts and cut smaller)

On side French + Italian dressing

Basket of assorted bread

Hot Main Selection

47 x Traditional beef Bourguignon with carrots, bacon, mushrooms in red white gravy

30 x Slow roasted salmon filet in white wine and dill sauce

Side vegetable for hot Main course


Medley of Roost vegetables (parsnip, carrots, beetroot, red onions)

Roasted potatoes with thymes and rosemary
