Laura and Andrew’s Wedding on Saturday 18th of April 2015

At Clissod House

Saturday 18th Laura and Andrew got married and chose the tranquil surrounds of Clissold Park, where is locate the Clissod House to celebrate their Wedding.

The guests were welcomed with selected canapés for later take seat and enjoy the dinner and after that, everybody enjoyed the end of the night with the evening buffet included.

The table faces in white tones that combine perfectly with the blue and yellow flowers on the middle, in each table there was a picture of a different type of plane besides of one bottle of Spanish wine chosen by the groom and bride.

Bread rolls and Butter

Roasted butternuts, rosemary goat’s cheese, pear poached in red wine sauce  pumpkin seeds, rockets salad with balsamic reduction

Main course

Grilled chicken breast in Tagine sauce

Vegetarian option:

Winter vegetables tower, sweet potatoes, rosti potatoes, butternuts, beetroot, carrots, squash with melted mozzarella served with tagine sauce

Spicy apples and dry apricots crumble served with creme Anglaise

Evening Cheese Buffet
Assorted Continental and British Cheese buffet, crackers, celery and grapes
