Grilled carpaccio of courgette filled with Moroccan couscous ratatouille in filo basket
Roast butternut squash arancini with coriander chutney
Rare roasted beef on mushrooms duxelle & truffle oil croustini
Wasabi shortbread with smoked salmon roses
Crispy scotch soft quail eggs with aioli mayonnaise

Salted butter, white sourdough, light rye, baguette, soda loaf


Starter

Smoked haddock in tarragon and mustard cream (dijon mustard, more fish)
Button Mushrooms and wild mushrooms in tarragon cream (vegetarian)

Share Platter Menu

Herb, Garlic, and Mustard-Crusted Fillet of Beef served with a port wine jus

Goat cheese, roasted cherry tomato, black olives quiche (vegetarian)

Sides:
Roasted baby potatoes in thyme
Roasted squash, parmesan or vegetarian cheese, roasted pine nut, cavolo nero with garlic, lemon zest and parsley dressing
Watercress, lambs lettuce salad with feta and beetroot, walnuts and fig
