Frank and Monika celebrated their Wedding Reception on the 31st of July

Homemade Dips: Houmous, Tzatziki, Spicy Tomato

Grilled Pitta Bread, Mixed Olives, Feta Cheese marinated in olive oil and herbs

Served with balsamic vinegar, White Sourdough, Brown Loaf, Baguette, Walnuts


Fisher man platter – plated

Cured salmon gravalax marinated in dill and smoked paprika, Smoked Makerelle  rillettes, Fresh anchovies in Aioli pesto

Main Course

Grilled chicken supreme served with mushroom forestiere sauce or Roasted beef sirloin with port wine and red onions gravy with Roast baby potatoes, Mixed summer vegetables and Honey roasted parsnips

Vegetarian Main Course

Sautéed gnocchi with butternut, Swiss chard, Jerusalem artichokes roasted pine nuts, sage and red pesto drizzle

Cake and Tart Buffet

Hazelnut gateau, Raspberry cheesecake, Plum and almond tart, Pear and almond tart
