Off the back of their win, the gourmet gurus are branching out by making it possible for foodies everywhere the chance to sample their delectable canapes, whether they’re at their office desk or attending a prominent event.
Re-imaging ordinary ideas, the team behind the stunning Easy Gourmet dishes are culinary ateliers, taking customers on a gastronomic journey with an infusion of flavours from near and far. This signature flair for culinary creativity led the Easy Gourmet team to victory at the Square Meal Canape Cup 2017, one of the highest accolades within the hospitality industry.
Battling it out with 13 of London’s best caterers and restaurants, Easy Gourmet wowed the specially invited judges from the industry and hardened food critics with their delectable canape – Wildwood Festival. Using home grown, gluten-free ingredients saw Easy Gourmet setting the bar high and ultimately led to the much coveted canapé crown.
The winning creation saw melt-in-the-mouth organic beef fillet filled with a troop of wild mushrooms, crispy fried shallots, English butternut ring, truffle and balsamic caviar, all stacked atop a gluten free parmesan shortbread and paired with a dollhouse pint of Surrey gluten free pale ale.
