Marie-Laure was much more than our caterer for our wedding. She was great at consulting us, as we asked for a fusion menu of Chinese and Arabic food she spent several meetings and phone conversations with us designing the food, coming up with great ideas and really listening to what we wanted. She also greatly assisted us in creating the overall look for the wedding, given the mixed theme, her advice was invaluable.
On the day, Marie-Laure and her team were exceptional. The food was outstanding and even my mother who runs a chain of Chinese restaurants complimented the food and said that the peking duck was perfectly moist and that everything was outstandingly delicious.
To give a specific example of how dedicated Marie-Laure is beyond just providing you with a catering service: we ran out of orange juice during the canape reception and she came running across Stoke Newington to Abney Park where we were having our pictures taken to get our permission before she sent her team out to buy more orange juice.
She also fixed one of my bridesmaid’s dress as her bra was showing….
From the pre-wedding consultations to the day itself, the service she offered was above and beyond what we expected from a wedding caterer. We would highly recommend Easy Gourmet Catering and all our friends agreed that they would only go with Marie-Laure for any future weddings or events.

The food was amazing, everything taste home made food with the look of a 5 star restaurant. I loved and the venue was beautifully decorated. The people working made sure that every one was happy. i loved it, and i will be using the in the future.
Easy Gourmet (www.easygourmetcatering.co.uk) catered for our wedding this year and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Not only do they provide really excellent food, at a very reasonable price, they also provided us with a full kitchen in a dry hire venue, all waiting staff, organised the hire of all the tables, chairs, cutlery and what not, and coordinated the day itself.
